How do you support a custom request?

How long does it take to receive my order?

Please allow a general time frame of 7–14 business days for production since all items are made-to-order. Shipping times vary by location. Rush orders may be available, however we strongly advise you contact us to confirm.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of tender: PayPal, all major credit and debit cards, and Zelle. Cash and checks are not accepted at this time, unless under certain circumstances.

Do you sell gift cards?

We currently do not have gift cards available at this time, but we hope to do so in the future!

What is your return policy?

We are not accepting returns at this time. Exchanges, under certain circumstances, can be arranged. If a product was purchased within 14 days, it is eligible for an exchange. Please understand that if a product arrives to you damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. Please mention your Order Number and send clear photos of the damaged product to this email: flossy49910202@tonirobinfashion.com. The maximum response time will be within 48 hours from the time you received your product.
